- Quality of Work: We guarantee that the work delivered will meet the instructions and guidelines provided by the client. Any revisions will be made in line with the original instructions.

- Revisions: Clients are entitled to request revisions to ensure the final product meets their expectations, provided the revision requests are aligned with the initial brief.

5. Confidentiality

Refunds Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality educational and learning content. However, due to the personalized nature of our services, all payments made for educational, learning, and training content are non-refundable.

- Adjustments to Costs: Any changes in pricing will be communicated clearly to the client. However, once the final cost has been agreed upon and payment made, no refunds will be issued.

- Cancellation Policy: If a client wishes to cancel their request after the initial deposit has been paid, no refund will be provided due to the time and resources allocated to the project.
